The Western Group is a major manufacturer of screen media to the sand and gravel and mining industries, including woven wire cloth, perforated plate, rubber, and polyurethane screen surfaces. As "The Screening People" our mission has been to create and market a complete spectrum of high quality screening media and related consumables for the mineral extraction industry. The Western Group/Southwest entered the equipment business in 1994 with a small line of portable screening plants and conveyors manufactured by Kolberg-Pioneer, Inc. Since then we have added the full line of KPI-JCI equipment as well as Astec Mobile screening equipment. We currently carry over $3 million of equipment and parts inventory to serve our customers needs. In addition The Western Group/Southwest maintains a full service department to compliment and maintain all the equipment.
